Financial card fraud charged

Colby Tyler Warren, 23, of 1228 Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville has been charged with financial card theft and fraud. He was placed under a $3,000 bond. Wayne County sheriff's deputies made the charges following an investigation into the theft of a credit/debit card in the northern part of the county. The card was used at two ATM locations in the county.
