On Wednesday, Aug. 31, at approximately 9 p.m. employees of the ABC store located at 1316 W. Grantham St. reported a black man dressed in dark clothing came into the store, pointed a handgun at them and demanded money.
The employees provided cash to the suspect and the suspect fled on foot, traveling east. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call investigator Melvin at 919-580-4212.
