A Mount Olive man has been charged with a felony after allegedly stealing antique farm equipment from a farm in Mount Olive.
Joshua Lee Holmes, 28, of 2403 O'Berry Road, Mount Olive, was arrested and charged with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses for reportedly stealing and then selling antique farm equipment to a salvage yard.
On Thursday, a Mount Olive resident reported to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office that several antique farm implements had been stolen from his property.
The property was found at a local salvage yard and investigators found Holmes to be the one responsible for stealing and selling the man's antique farm equipment.
Holmes and the victim of the theft reportedly know one another.
