Man is stabbed in the neck

A man was stabbed in the neck early Monday morning while having sexual relations with another man.
According to a police report filed on the incident, the suspect that allegedly stabbed the man in the neck is known only as "Bear."
The report says "Bear" became angry during the sexual relations and stabbed the other man in the neck.
The alleged victim of the stabbing then reportedly pulled the knife from his neck and stabbed "Bear" in the lower back.
"Bear" then left the residence where the incident occurred on foot and headed west on Holly Street before going south on John Street.
The report says the victim was treated by a medic, but refused to be taken to the hospital.
The report does not specify whether or not charges have been filed in the incident, nor does it list "Bear's" real name.
