Police are seeking information on damage caused to the water pipes in the Fairview Park bathroom at 1901 Edgerton St.
An officer with B shift of the Goldsboro Police Department was working an "extra duty" assignment Wednesday when the officer discovered the water pipes at the Fairview Park bathroom had been damaged, according to a police report filed on the incident.
The officer found a large tree limb lying on the floor of one of the bathroom, which is what was reportedly used to break the water pipes of the bathroom.
Water to the bathroom was cut off and an employee with the Goldsboro Parks and Recreation department was notified of the incident.
An estimated $250 worth of damage was caused to the restroom.
