Assault alleged

A Goldsboro man has been accused of assaulting a woman and threatening her.
Trayviar Shantawn King, 26, of 204 Hideaway Circle, Dudley, allegedly went to the house of the victim, who reported the incident to police, and hit her in the mouth and threatened to shoot her.
According to a police report, the incident occurred at 312 E. Chestnut St.
Warrants were secured for King's arrest on charges of assault on a female and communicating threats.
