On Nov. 9, 2015, the Goldsboro Police Department responded to 700 National Drive regarding a subject being shot.
Once officers arrived on scene they located 28-year-old Bryan Oneil Moore suffering from a gunshot wound.
Moore was pronounced deceased on scene.
