Train collides with vehicle; one dead

Authorities investigate the scene of a fatal collision in which a Jeep Liberty was struck by a train in Mount Olive.
One person is confirmed dead after a train struck a Jeep Liberty in Mount Olive around 3:05 p.m. today.
Antonio Demarco Davis, 27, of Mount Olive was killed at the intersection of Talton Avenue and North Center Street, Mount Olive Police Chief Tommy Brown said.
The train came to a stop 21 train-car lengths past the point of impact.
