Shooting, stabbing victim says he was attacked in lot

A teenager reportedly shot in the parking lot of the Rosewood Walmart Saturday was also stabbed, according to a Goldsboro police report.
Jordan Blake Lynn, 18, of Becton Circle, told police a black man with a gun forced him into a vehicle.
According to Lynn's statement to police, the assailant allegedly stabbed him multiple times and shot him once as Lynn was trying to escape.
The shooting occurred at 8:15 p.m. in the parking lot of the Walmart, which is located at 2908 U.S. 70 W.
Wayne County EMS responded along with Goldsboro police. EMS 41 transported Lynn to Wayne Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Lynn was treated and released, Wayne Memorial Hospital communications director Georgia Dees said.
The suspect fled the area in a blue Mazda 626 and headed north on N.C. Highway 581.
No further description of the suspect has been released.
