Fremont teens charged in Norwayne Middle break-in, robbery

FREMONT -- Two Fremont teenagers are charged with breaking into and vandalizing Norwayne Middle School.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office learned of the break-in after a fire department responded to an alarm at the school and discovered a forced entry.
Det. Sgt. Darren Craig investigated the case and identified Stephen Michael Anderson, 19, and Trevor Briggs, 16, as suspects.
Anderson, of 201 Corral Drive, and Briggs, of 955 Norwayne School Road, are each charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of stolen goods and injury to a building or fence. Both are being held in the Wayne County Jail under $8,000 and $16,000 secured bonds, respectively.
