19-year-old faces charges after traffic stop, drug find

A Goldsboro man is charged with selling marijuana after a large quantity of the drug was seized from his vehicle during a traffic stop, according to a press release.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office Aggressive Crime Enforcement Team, working in the area of Central Heights Road and New Hope Road Thursday, charged Justin Maurice Franklin Bright, 19, with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.
According to the press release, he was pulled over due to a traffic violation.
Bright, of 5107 Wayne Memorial Drive, also faces charges of maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for the purposes of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $4,000 secured bond.
