Khloe Tapley, 4, and her great-grandmother Stella Payne enjoy refreshments and social time during the Grand Ladies Tea Party at Herman Park Center on Wednesday. Khloe and Mrs. Payne attended the tea party with 49 other grandmothers and granddaughters. Khloe was the youngest granddaughter in attendance. The oldest was 27.
