Man, 31, will face heroin charges

The Goldsboro/Wayne County Interagency Drug Task Force announced Monday the July 10 arrest of a Goldsboro man charged with conspiracy to sell heroin.
Calvin Douglas Jones, 31, of 1010 S. Andrews Ave., is also charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, sell and deliver heroin, and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
Jones was placed in the custody of the Wayne County Jail under a $65,000 secured bond.
According to a press release, Jones' charges stem from a joint investigation between the drug task force, the SBI and the DEA, into heroin trafficking in Wayne County.
