Kelton Reid Sutton
On June 17, at approximately 12:05 a.m., Patricia Jones, 40, reported being assaulted by Kelton Reid Sutton.
Jones reported Sutton strangling her with his hands.
Warrants are outstanding on Sutton, 44, of Dewey Street, for felony assault by strangulation and assault on a female.
