Lock-in to raise money for Purrrfect Friends

Tammi Hedges will stay locked up in a cage in front of Walmart on Spence Avenue, starting Friday at noon, until she raises $2,000 for Purrrfect Friends Feline Shelter.
Ms. Hedges has undergone the lock-in in the past and been successful in raising money for the cause.
She said she will stay in the lock-up, which will be located in front of the store's middle door, until the entire amount of money is raised, even if it takes all weekend.
Donations will be accepted on the spot.
