Man charged in infant's death

A Dudley man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of his 4-month old baby. Brendan Jamarin Pemberton, of 115 Rhodes Drive, was charged after his son, Jaylin, was found unresponsive at the family's home May 31. The arrest was made by members of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office after an autopsy revealed that the cause of death was homicide.
