Military spending cut back: What's planned for Seymour Johnson AFB?

4th Fighter Wing officials confirmed Monday that Seymour Johnson Air Force Base has been allocated funding for a $53 million medical facility in 2013, should President Barack Obama's $613.9 billion defense budget pass.
But that is about all they could say about the project -- there is no word at this time on when construction would begin or even what the finished product would look like.
Under the plan, the base would also receive nearly $2 million to replace a pipeline.
