Thefts reported
*J.M. Pate Jr., reported the theft of an air-conditioning unit, valued at $4,500, from a home in the 400 block of Durham Lake Road in Dudley. The unit was removed between Jan. 1 and Jan. 11.
*Gamara Lofton reported a break-in at her home in the 200 block of South Slocumb Street. Stolen property included two flat-screen TVs, a surround sound system and a DVD player. The total value of the stolen property was more than $1,500.
