Mathnasium contest to be held Saturday

The second Annual statewide Mathnasium competition will be held on Saturday with local competitions at nine Mathnasium Learning Centers across North Carolina.
Online registration is today by 5 p.m. On-site registration is available at each of the competing sites, if space is available.
The Goldsboro location is at 2517 E. Ash St.
The top 25 place winners from each grade level competition will receive an invitation to compete in the state finals on Sunday, Oct. 23 on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus.
The competition is for students in grades 3-8. It consists of three events, which focus on various mathematical concepts that students should master in each grade.
