Six injured in Sunday scuffle at apartment

Six people, including four teenagers, were shot while attending a party in the 400 block of North George Street around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
No one was killed, but all the victims were transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital, and two of the victims, a 15-year-old juvenile and 16-year-old James Crawford Jr., of Greenleaf Street, were airlifted to Pitt Memorial Hospital.
Police said the shooters were outside the home and fired into the house.
The shooting occurred at a house that is divided into apartments where one of the victims, Raimonte Walls, 21, lived.
The other victims include Covia Williams, 19, of Rudolph Street; Teianna Howell, 16, of North Alabama Avenue; and Demetrius Raiford, 21, of North Kornegay Street.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
