After an eight-mile bike ride, Bill Dunevant and Chris Koch stop to admire the sunflowers and other plants growing at the Library Garden located between the Wayne County Public Library and Herman Park. Wayne County residents should expect to see perfect weather for sunflowers, with temperatures headed for the 90s.
