A Goldsboro man was airlifted to Pitt Memorial Hospital after being shot at his home early this morning.
Decarlos Andre McNair, 38, was shot in the head and arm around 3:30 a.m. during an altercation with three unknown men, said Sgt. Paige Learnard with Goldsboro police.
The altercation started in McNair's driveway and continued inside his residence in 1100 block Evans Street, Learnard said.
McNair's home is located near the intersection of Royal Avenue and Wayne Memorial Drive.
McNair and his wife were the only people at the home when the incident occurred, Learnard added.
McNair was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital then transported to Pitt Memorial around 5:30 this morning where he is currently listed as in "good" condition.
Learnard said three suspects have been identified, but no arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
