Scrapbooking meeting at library on Saturday

Several activities are planned for this month at the Wayne County Public Library on East Ash Street.
A scrapbook interest meeting will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. to discuss what scrapbooking entails, the level of experience individuals have and to register community members for upcoming sessions.
At 1 p.m. author C. Ptolemy Pruden will sign copies of his book, "Building a Beautiful Wife." The book is designed to walk a husband down the path of understanding, encouraging, strengthening, and developing his wife.
A book signing and singles open discussion will be held Dec. 11 at 2 p.m.
Dexter Jones will sign copies of his book, "Soul Mate or Just Another Date?" The book discusses the challenges of finding the right mate and methods that a person can use to find "The One."
The event will include a question-and-answer session and time for open discussion. Light refreshments may be served.
Penny Williams will sign copies of her book "I Once Was" beginning at 2 p.m. on Dec. 17. The book is a tale of a reincarnated life from Thailand to America.
