Girls to get 'taste' of Scouting Saturday

The Girl Scouts of the Wayne Service Unit of Goldsboro are having their annual "A Taste of Girl Scouting" at Herman Park in Goldsboro this Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. This event is open to girls in kindergarten through 12th grade and any adult who is interested in Girl Scouts. The event is free and will include games, songs, crafts and information about Girl Scouts. Diamonds in the Ruff will be a special guest at the event. The unit welcomes all to come on out and learn about Girl Scouts.
