Stolen water pipes
A Warsaw-based farmer reported Wednesday morning that eight 30-foot metal water pipes were stolen from an address in the 1700 block of N.C. 55 in Mount Olive, according to a Wayne County Sheriff's Office report. Kenneth Jones of Mount Olive told deputies that the property, which belonged to Jiles Bart Smith of Warsaw, disappeared sometime between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning around 8 a.m.
