Hollerin' Contest to be Saturday

SPIVEY'S CORNER -- The 42nd Annual National Hollerin' Contest will be held on June 19 at the Spivey's Corner Volunteer Fire Department at 8200 Newton Grove Highway in Dunn.
Events start at 11 a.m. and admission is $5.
Events include a car show hosted by the Harnett Cruisers, antique tractor and toy tractor exhibit; and kids zone -- including pedal tractor pull, games, dunking booth, and much more. Entertainment will be provided by local talent, DJ Joey Warren and a concert with The Coastline Band.
The Main Event will be The 42nd Annual National Hollerin' Contest. Proceeds benefit the Spivey's Corner Volunteer Fire Department.
