Thefts
*Lafayett Hines of Snow Hill reported to Goldsboro police that several items were taken from his motel room on U.S. 70, including a portable CD player, medications and $153 in cash.
*Moses Mack Perry reported to Goldsboro police the theft of a 21-speed mountain bike with a chain and lock from a carport on the 1200 block of North John Street Friday night.
*Lonza Daniels of Daniels Furniture and Appliance told Goldsboro police that an unknown subject removed a palm tree from outside the main entrance of the business and attempted to dig around a second one. Value of the stolen palm tree was estimated at $150, and damages at $150.
