Silver Alert issued

KINSTON -- Kinston police have issued a silver alert Sunday for a 62-year-old man reported missing since Friday.
Miller Jones was reported missing about 3 p.m.
He is described as black, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds with gray hair about 3 inches long and shaggy beard. He stutters and walks slowly, with a shuffle.
He has an altered mental state, authorities said.
He was last seen on Manning Street in Kinston, wearing a charcoal gray sweater, blue jeans or khaki pants, black boots and a tan ball cap.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the Lenoir County communications center at (252) 559-6119.
