Halloween hours

Goldsboro Mayor Al King said Monday night that the city will recognize Halloween festivities -- trick-or-treating -- from 5 to 8 p.m. the day of the holiday. But after that, parents need to get their children off the street, he said, to avoid disturbing local residents.
