100K winning lottery ticket bought in a Goldsboro store

A Carthage man won $100,000 in the state lottery after stopping in Goldsboro to buy a ticket.
Jesus Lugo will get $68,001.60 after taxes, according to lottery officials. He claimed his prize Monday.
He bought the Mega Bucks tickets at JP Goldsboro on East Ash Street and said he was shocked to realize he held the winning numbers.
According to lottery officials, Lugo said he planned to put his winnings in the bank.
