Southern Wayne flushing water lines

The Southern Wayne Sanitary District will conduct its annual hydrant flushing program Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. until 3 p.m.
During theses times, customers may notice a slight discoloration in their water. This is due to iron particles stirred up in the water lines during flushing and will clear up shortly.
Customers are encouraged to cease washing white clothes during these hours.
