Investigations

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating these reports:

*Damages totaled $800 t0 the rear door and frame at the home of Ellis Earl Harrell, 76, 207 Hereford Drive, Dudley after someone broke into the home. Taken was a GPS valued at $234.

*A number of items were taken from a utility trailer belonging to Archie Ronald Pilkenton. Reported stolen and their values were two suitcases containing clothing and personal items, $50; yellow pullover jacket, $5; black sleeping bag, $20; propane heater, $60; military-type camouflage jacket, $40; two bottles of prescription medication, $40; and an ottoman, $20.

*Someone threw an asphalt block through a window at the home of Allen Bobby Ingle, 43, 207 Hope Park Drive. Damages totaled $300.

Goldsboro police are investigating this report:

*Brittany Parker, 22, 800 Fourth St. reported the theft of a number of items from her car. Stolen were $300 in cash, sunglasses valued at $100, a gold and brown purse valued at $10, bank card valued at $5. Damages totaled $300 to a car door and $200 to a window.
