Seven-year-old Lauren Lovic, left, and Averi King, 10, look at a gingerbread lighthouse that won first place in the Arts Council of Wayne County's gingerbread baking competition Monday evening. The contest was the second annual one held by the Arts Council, with 28 entries. The lighthouse created by John Maness, 10, took first place. The exhibit will be on display until Dec. 20. There is no charge for admission.
