Bicyclist robbed
Claude Artis of North Claiborne Street told Goldsboro police he was riding his bike in the 2100 block of Royall Avenue when a white van carrying five black males stopped him, attacked him and took about $200, according to the police report. The attack caused minor injure to Artis, police said. The only available description of the suspects were their ages, estimated as between 18 and 23, police said.
Suspect cleared
Seymour Johnson airman Jack Lee, 25, Poinsettia Drive was cleared of all charges related to a February 2007 rape in a Goldsboro hotel room.
