Col. Thomas Bergeson, front middle, is expected to take command of the 4th Fighter Wing by mid-Septmeber. Currently stationed in Baghdad, the colonel works directly under Gen. David Petraeus as chief of Multi-National Force Iraq's aviation division. Bergeson said he is looking forward to his upcoming assignment -- and the command the F-15E Strike Eagle.
