YMCA's Healthy Kids Day Saturday

Saturday is Healthy Kids Day at the Goldsboro Family YMCA.
Activities start at 11 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m., with live bands, food, swimming, water volleyball and basketball, a Bounce House, a giant inflatable slide, face painting and several contests.
Special appearances will include the summer staff, swim instructors, pre-school teachers, firefighters and EMS officials and a jump rope team demonstration. There also will be demonstrations by the swimming and diving teams and a demonstration about how to prepare healthy snacks. And there will be booths set up by Community Health and the WATCH Mobile.
