United Way searching for testimonies from recipients

United Way of Wayne County is looking for individuals who are willing to share their experiences with how the organization improved their lives.
United Way hopes to identify up to two individuals to be featured in the 2008 campaign materials later this year and is looking for those individuals to have experience with any of its community partners, such as the American Red Cross, Boy Scouts, Community Soup Kitchen, Girl Scouts, Mental Health Association, Salvation Army WAGES and Wayne Community College.
Winners must be available for internal interviews, photo and video shoots in late April and May as well as being available to participate in the year's campaign events and promotional efforts from August through December.
Entrants are asked to complete an application form and write about their experiences in 250 words or less. Completed entries must be submitted to United Way of Wayne County by 5 p.m. on April 7.
