Cocaine raid
A Whitfield Drive resident had two grams of cocaine when the Goldsboro-Wayne County Drug Squad stopped his light blue Lincoln four-door sedan on Royall Avenue, according to city police reports and a Drug Squad news release. Phillip Michael Weeks, 20, Whitfield Drive, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine. Weeks was jailed under $20,000 bond, authorities said.
