Four departments back in City Hall

Four city departments can call historic City Hall home once again.
Community Affairs, Community Development, Human Resources and the City Nurse moved into the newly renovated building on Friday.
These four departments are the only ones that will have offices in the more-than-century-old City Hall.
The departments temporarily moved into the City Hall Annex while the building was being renovated, but all business with the departments should now be diverted to City Hall and not to the Annex.
The grand opening for the historic City Hall will be held March 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. During this time, tours of both City Hall and the Annex will be given, and light refreshments will be served.
The City Council will hold its last meeting in the Annex on March 17. Their first meeting in April will be back in the council chambers on the second floor of City Hall.
