Tommy Bass, left, and Donald Bass of Kivett's Inc., work Tuesday morning to fasten the pews that will soon seat the public in the newly renovated historic City Hall. The building will be ready to go for its final inspection tomorrow. The inside of the building has been cleaned and is ready to welcome back the three city departments that will soon call the building home again. Community Affairs, Community Development and Human Resources are planning to make the move next Thursday and Friday. On March 17, the City Council will hold its last meeting in the addition. The Council will be back in the newly renovated, old City Hall for their first meeting in April. The open house and ribbon cutting ceremony will be held March 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. During this time, there will be a tour of both facilities and light refreshments.
