Common law robbery
Tanisha Davis of Roanoke Rapids reported that a suspect shoved her to the ground while she was riding a dirt bike at Busco Beach and stole the vehicle worth $2,300, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Armed robberies reported
*Jason Howell of Nor Am Road, Pikeville, Blake Hunter of Faro Road, Fremont, Corey Lucas of Trail Ridge Lane, Princeton, Kathryn Smith of Charlie Braswell Road and Kristina Davis of Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville reported a suspect robbed them at gunpoint in an open area of Boat Ramp Ferry Bridge Road, taking a small amount of cash and car keys, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
