Wayne County Sheriff's deputies Dan Truhan and Brian Tart talk early today in the front yard of a home on Selah Church Road where the body of Patrica Herring was found buried in the back yard of the property after an investigation that involved the use of search dogs. David William Best was charged with her murder and is being held in the Wayne County Jail. Agents with the SBI were to arrive at the scene today.
