Pam Lawhon waves to paradegoers while her son, Jacob, tows his sister, Jordan, down Walnut Street during the Jaycees 4th of July Parade and Festival Wednesday in downtown Goldsboro. The day started with a parade through the streets of downtown followed by a street festival, which included live music, food and activities for children.
