*Leroy Murchinson, 27, Seymour Drive, no license, assault on government officer, dismissed; resisting an officer, 60 days suspended, 12 months probation, $235 fine and court costs.

*Willie McKinley Sutton III, 32, Alder Lane, Dudley, larceny (two counts), shoplifting, 15 days to serve.

*Roosevelt Levonta Weeks, 19, Alabama Avenue, second-degree trespassing, 10 days suspended, 12 months probation, $160 fine and court costs.

Investigations

Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:

*Joe Hill, store manager of Bojangles on Spence Avenue, reported the theft of an undetermined amount of money late Friday night. He told police he was counting cash deposits in a back office around 10:45 when he was called to the front for customer service. When he returned about 45 minutes later, a large stack of bills was missing from the desk.

*Adrienne Paul Parker of Mulberry Street reported the theft of 27 decorative fence toppers from privacy fence in her backyard. Estimated worth of the items was $540.

*James Melton, 66, of Georgia Avenue, reported a lost ATM card was used to withdraw $838 from his bank account. He notified his bank and closed the account.

*Several addresses on Rockefeller Court, property of Goldsboro Housing Authority, were reported vandalized Friday morning. An estimated $200 damage was done to exterior walls spray-painted with the message "North End Murder Gang."

*John Condon of Goldsboro Hyundai on N. Grantham Street told police Friday morning that a man known to him had taken a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe without permission. He secured a warrant for the subject.
