Investigations

The Goldsboro Police Department is investigating these reports:

*Officials at the Subway restaurant at 1312 W. Grantham St., said someone stole $1,600 fromthe cash register at the business.

*Somebody threw a rock through the front glass window at the Subway restaurant at 101 Patetown Road some time after 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Thieves did $1,400 worth of damage and took a money bag and cash valued at $205.

*Thieves reportedly took $4,800 worth of items from Jacky McClarin's vehicle while it was parked at his home on North Georgia Avenue. He said they entered his unlocked 2001 Hyundai Accent and stole his glasses, cell phone, body oils, jewelry and sound system.

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating these reports:

*Wesley Devon Warren told investigators somebody broke into his 1995 Chevrolet Caprice and stole a CD player and radio valued at $750 while it was parked in the 3400 block of U.S. 117 North of Goldsboro.

*Someone broke into the Calvary Automotive in the 3400 block of U.S. 117 North and stole three car stereos and radio equipment valued at $1,330.

*Dennis Aaron Price rsaid someon broke into his home on the 200 block of Beaver Drive in Dudley and stole $3,400 in cash.
