An early morning shower gave Goldsboro residents a break from traffic woes along Berkeley Boulevard, but when the weather clears, city crews will be back on the side of the road installing sidewalks. General Services Director Joe Sawyer said he expects the project to be completed sometime in the next few weeks — when the $50,000 allocated by the Department of Transportation for the effort runs out.
