Goldsboro Mayor Al King, who also serves as a member of the board of trustees at Wayne Community College, congratulates Dr. Kay Albertson on her selection as the new Wayne Community College president Tuesday in the college boardroom. Pending further approval by the state Board of Community Colleges, Dr. Albertson will assume her duties July 1, following the retirement of current president Dr. Ed Wilson.
