Wayne County resident Barrett Parker speaks to members of the Goldsboro City Council regarding a zoning request from Wayne County that, if approved, would allow for construction of an animal shelter on the east side of Clingman Street, between Corporate Drive and Stronach Avenue. Mrs. Parker urged those in opposition to the request to meet with county officials and look over the plan before protesting the proposed site.
