Cinco de Mayo signups end April 1

April 1 is the deadline to sign up for a booth at the Cinco de Mayo Festival to be held May 5 at Waynesborough Historical Village.
The event will be held from noon until 5 p.m. The village is located on U.S. 117 south.
The Hispanic Community Development Center is sponsoring the festival the event in conjunction with the center's 3rd Annual Health and Information Fair.
Organizers said 28 medical and health organizations have signed up to perform various types of screenings and presentations.
The event will feature live Latin music, food, children games, grown-up games, dance performances, information fairs in English and in Spanish and the health screening booths.
