Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:
*Trina Gibson Sutton reported Thursday that someone broke into her home in the 100 block of Mathews Way and stole two saws, valued at $492.
*Gregory Keith Horne reported Thursday that someone broke into her home in the 200 block of White Oak Road and stole a weed eater and a leaf blower, valued at $500 bond.
Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Jimmy Harper reported Thursday that someone broke into his home in the 500 block of Third Street and stole a .22-caliber rifle, shotgun, scanner, jewelry and two Sony PlayStations, all valued at $1,300.
*Someone stole two Ipods, valued at $750, from the showcase at Radio Shack.
*Donnie Lanier reported someone broke into his 1995 Dodge Intrepid while parked in the 700 block of West Oak Street and stole a DVD/CD player with a 7-inch monitor, valued at $535.
